Good posture is the position in which you keep your body upright against gravity while standing, sitting or lying down.

 Prevent back pain (backache) and muscle pain.

  Prevent  the spine from becoming fixed in abnormal position.

 Decrease the stress  on the ligament and joints.

  Help to reduce the abnormal wearing of joints surfaces.

  Keep bone and joints in the correct alignment so that to keep the muscles properly.
